Meet Oberon, a 58ft Semi Trad narrowboat crafted by Pat Buckle. Powered by a Kubota engine with a PRM gearbox, Oberon is in need of some TLC.

The solid fuel stove in the saloon ensures cozy evenings regardless of the weather. Hot water is supplied via the calorifier.

Electrical needs are covered with a 12v, 240v system, a 1000w inverter, and the inclusion of 1 starter and 2 leisure batteries. Oberon is equipped with 2 solar panels, perfect for those off-grid adventures.

The galley is equipped with a 12v fridge. Accommodation is arranged offering four berths: a fixed double at the stern and an L-shaped dinette that transforms into a second double bed. Ideal for family and friends.

Oberon boasts 2 bathrooms, catering to the needs of all onboard. The main bathroom features a pump-out toilet, shower over bath, and a vanity basin. The second is equipped with a cassette toilet, although currently used as a wardrobe.

With a Boat Safety Scheme (BSC) certificate valid until 2026 and a recent blacking in 2021.

However, it’s important to note that Oberon has been priced to reflect the need for some work. The sides and base plate require replating, offering a fantastic opportunity for someone.
