Description

Latis is a beautifully presented 62ft traditional narrowboat, built by Reeves in 2013 with a professional fit-out by Wharfhouse. Designed with both comfort and practicality in mind, she offers thoughtful touches such as a dedicated office space to the stern, perfect for working afloat, without compromising on generous living areas.

Powered by a reliable Beta 43hp engine with PRM 150 gearbox, Latis handles with ease and is well suited to extended cruising. She features a flat-bottomed steel hull (10/6/4) with spray foam insulation, maple woodwork, karndean flooring and portholes throughout, giving her a bright yet characterful interior.

Onboard, the galley is fitted with Corian worktops, Thetford oven and grill, separate hob,  fridge with separate freezer, and even a Hoover washing machine—making life aboard both stylish and practical. Accommodation is flexible, with a fixed double, convertible dinette, sofa bed, creating six berths in total.

The walkthrough bathroom includes a curved quadrant shower, vanity basin, and composting toilet. Heating and hot water are provided by a Hurricane system, calorifier/immersion, and a Refleks diesel stove, ensuring year-round comfort.

Energy needs are well supported with Victron Multiplus 3kw inverter, galvanic isolator, Victron Smart Solar MPPT controller, one starter and six leisure batteries, and two 340w solar panels. With a Boat Safety Certificate valid until May 2029 and blacking done in June 2025, Latis is ready for her next chapter on the waterways.
