Meet Lady Patricia, a charming 50ft Trad crafted by M & N Narrowboats. Her newly installed Barrus Shire Engine, as of December 2023, ensures a smooth journey ahead. The Morco gas boiler provides warm water, while a backboiler and multifuel stove keep the chill out. The electrical system, including 12v, 240v, a 1000w inverter, one starter, three leisure batteries, and a 200w solar panel, powers the boat efficiently. The galley, updated in January 2024, features a Thetford cooker with a separate four-burner hob and a Cookology 12v fridge with a freezer compartment. Sleeping accommodation for four is available, with a fixed double bed and a sofa bed. A porta potti toilet, vanity basin, and shower are neatly tucked into the off-corridor bathroom. Extra features include a side hatch and a cratch frame.

With electrical upgrades and a new engine fitted in 2023, along with a kitchen refit in January 2024, Lady Patricia is eager to become your floating sanctuary.
