Meet Gracie P, a fantastic 36ft by 9ft 6’ Dutch Barge. Built by Debroot circa 1970. Propulsion is provided by Twin Ford 120 Marine engines. Hot water is supplied by a Calorifier/Gas water heater and central heating via Blow Air. There is also a solid fuel stove located within the centre cockpit. Electrical systems comprising of a 12v, 240v landline, generator, 2 starter, 3 leisure batteries and a solar panel. Within the galley we can find a Thetford cooker and fridge with freezer compartment. In the bathroom we find a Cassette toilet, shower, and vanity basin. Accommodation of 4 berths is offered over a fixed double within the aft cabin, a double bed within the fore cabin and potential for additional berths if required.
