Description

Only Time is a 70ft Trad built by Dave Clark with an owner fit out. A Perkins M42 42hp engine provides the propulsion along with a PRM gearbox. Hot water is supplied by Rinnai. Central heating is supplied by a back boiler from the Morso Squirrel stove in the saloon. Electrics include: 240v landline, a Mastervolt Sine Wave 12/2000, solar panels, a galvanic isolator, 1 starter & 5 leisure batteries. Accommodation of 4 berths is offered over a fixed double and a sofa bed. The bathroom contains a cassette toilet (With connections in place should you wish to revert to a pump out) and a vanity basin. There is a separate shower next to the bedroom. The galley is equipped with a Bush cooker, a Beko hob, a 240v New World fridge, a Candy dishwasher with tiled/wood worktops.
