Description

Introducing Gallingale, a wonderful 65ft Trad built by Mike Heywood. Propulsion is provided by the BMC 4 cylinder engine. Hot water is supplied by the calorifier whilst the Hamlet 5kw solid fuel stove keeps the vessel warm throughout the year. The boat’s electrical setup comprises of 12v, 240v, Victron Multiplus Compact inverter, 1 starter, 1 leisure battery and a galvanic isolator. Within the galley we can find a Stoves oven and hob along with a Logik 240v fridge. Accommodation is provided for two with a fixed double bed to the stern, which can easily be extended when not needing a walkway through to the stern. There is also potential for additional berths within the saloon. The walkthrough bathroom is home to a cassette toilet, shower and vanity basin.

With a cratch frame in place and two side hatches, Gallingale is ready for blacking and has a BSC valid until 2029.

Currently set up for liveaboard making use of the ample space onboard and can be easily configured to suit continuous cruising.
