Description

Introducing Albatros, a lovely 41ft by 10ft Dutch Barge with a spacious wheelhouse. Built by New Holland in 1930 with a professional fit out. Propulsion is provided by a Peugeot engine with Hurth gearbox. She also features a Kalkman (Dutch) bow thruster. Hot water is supplied via a Cointra wall mounted heater and central heating is supplied by the backboiler. Onboard we can also find 2 stoves, one within the wheelhouse and another within the saloon. Electrical systems comprising of a 12v, 240v, Iconica Hybrid 1000w inverter, 1 starter, 4 leisure and 1 bow thruster batteries. There is also a 270w Solar Panel and a galvanic isolator. Within the galley we can find a gas 2 burner hob and a swan fridge with freezer compartment all complemented by the Red Cedar Worktops. Accommodation of 2 berths is provided as a fixed double bed within the aft cabin with the potential for additional berths within the saloon. The bathroom houses a Compost toilet and a shower. With a head height of 5ft 7in.

Albatros also has the addition of a Houdini Hatch within the rear cabin, also ideal for star gazing!
